1）一旦确认订单后不接受取消，和更改（款式，颜色，尺码，收件人资料等）
2）预购商品预计等待最少14-21天工作日（不包括周末/假期）不接急单
3) 由于大量生产，商品若有小瑕疵/缺陷不过于1cm（不影响穿着）一律不接受退换
4）拍摄的光线/灯光和展示器可能会产生色差，全部都以失实物为准，不能作为退换理由
5）由于商品测量方式不一样，尺寸存在1-3cm的误差属于正常范围，不能作为退换理由
退换货政策
（可申请处理）
1) 商品若存在超过 1cm 的明显瑕疵或缺陷（例如：大面积明显污渍、严重损坏等）
2) 如收到的商品在款式、尺码或颜色上与订单不符，可申请处理。
3) 仅接受更换与原购买商品相同款式的商品
4）因尺码不合适、颜色更换、个人原因（改变主意）或轻微瑕疵，一律不接受退换。
退换要求 / 条件
1）产品大瑕疵退换，请在收到商品后的24-48小时内，通过 WhatsApp 联系我们 012-222 8792，并提供清晰的商品照片以便处理，逾期恕不受理。产品收货时间一律以快递签收时间为准，不接受（本人不再国内，家人代收，太忙，忘记了等等原因作为延迟通知的理由）逾期一概不受理
2）退换商品必须保持全新，未清洗，未沾染污迹，气味（如香水/烟味等其他）保持原本状态/包装
3）客服一旦确认可以退换，商品必须在收到货7天内寄回（包括周末/假期）
- 退回的商品不存在大瑕疵问题，我们一律不承担任何费用，包括来回的运费
-退回的商品不符合退货条例 （有污迹，破损，已穿过，清洗，沾染气味等等）我们有权利拒收，而且不会做任何退换/退款

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. This is to protect the rights and interests of both parties:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, including but not limited to style, color, size, or recipient details.
Pre-order items require an estimated waiting period of at least 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Urgent orders are not accepted.
Due to mass production, minor imperfections or defects of up to 1 cm that do not affect wearability are considered acceptable and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or display screens. The actual product received shall prevail and this cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange.
A size deviation of 1–3 cm due to different measurement methods is considered normal and is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Kindly ensure your selected product / colour / size was correct before check out. It's cannot be exchange, cancel or ask for refund once order has been made.
2. Defective products more than 1cm on the items (e.g., large visible stains, obvious damage)
3. Product, size or colour that wrongly sent.
4. Only accept replacement for the same design as purchase.
5. Kindly inform us by whatapps 012-222 8792 and provide clear photo within 3 days once order/parcel received. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
6. The reason for size not fit, colour exchange, change of mind, minor defect will not be accepted.
Refund & Return Policy
1.Kindly ensure the products return in the brand new,unwashed, unworn, undamaged & packaged well condition, if not we do not accept the product of returned
2. If the products purchased out of stock, we'll informed client, it can be ask for refund or change product.
3. Kindly return the exchange products to us within seven (7) days once order / parcel received. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Seller will cover both-way shipping costs if the return due to the seller responsibility like wrong item or major defect, if not we will not be bear all shipping costs.
