Exchange Policy

1. Kindly ensure your selected product / colour / size was correct before check out. It's cannot be exchange, cancel or ask for refund once order has been made.

2. Defective products more than 1cm on the items

3. Product, size or colour that wrongly sent.

4. Only accept replacement for the same design as purchase.

5. Kindly inform us by whatapps within 3 days once order/parcel received.

6. The reason for size not fit, colour exchange, change of mind, minor defect will not be accepted.

Refund & Return Policy

1.Kindly ensure the products return in the original condition (unwashed/undamaged/) & packaged well, if not we do not accept the product of returned.

2. If the products purchased out of stock, we'll informed client, it can be ask for refund or change product.

3. Kindly return the exchange products to us within seven (7) days once order / parcel received.
